Workshop Introduction:
With the rise of the Internet and the rapid advancement of information technology, textual data has become increasingly prevalent. Examples include social media discussions, interview transcripts, news articles, and academic literature. Through text mining techniques, such data can provide valuable insights and reveal emerging trends.
In recent years, with the advent of deep learning and generative AI, text mining technologies have made significant progress. However, conducting large-scale textual data analysis still often requires programming, which can be time-consuming, error-prone, and a barrier for many researchers and practitioners.
To address this challenge, the Text Mining and Digital Transformation Industry-Academia Alliance, supported by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), has developed a no-code platform for textual data analysis, called Tarflow.
This workshop will guide participants step by step in using Tarflow to analyze textual data, demonstrating how to build customized workflows through simple drag-and-drop operations to achieve specific research and analytical goals.
