Mission
This alliance is established with the support of the National Science Council, combining text analysis technologies as the foundation. Cloud services such as intelligent customer service chatbots and business analytics dashboards are utilized to collectively drive digital transformation across various industries. Through the establishment of the alliance, industries are guided in addressing the three aspects of digital transformation, namely digitization, digital optimization, and business model transformation, while solving the challenges that arise during the process. The alliance aims to cultivate the information capabilities and talents required for digital transformation, promote research and development achievements to bring new value to enterprises, and ultimately enhance the international competitiveness of the industry.

Provide matchmaking services to allocate domain requirements to various alliance vendors or solve them together with domain experts. Provide forward-looking technical consultations for digitalization, digital optimization, and business model transformation at different levels for different industries through consulting services. Offer corporate education and training to cultivate internal transformation talents within the company.

The public opinion analysis platform encompasses data analysis results from various news and forum sources, presented in a visualized dashboard format. It caters to the basic business intelligence analysis needs of members, such as product preferences, brand awareness, and trending industry topics. The text mining workflow platform includes diverse text analysis modules and is supported by a user-friendly visual interface. It allows alliance members to build custom text analysis processes without the need for programming code.
