2026 Tarflow Text Analytics Platform Promotion Event Report

Date: June 24, 2026
Venue: Booth No. 4, 1st Floor, College of Social Sciences and Management Building, National Chung Hsing University

This event was an international promotion activity for the Tarflow Text Analytics Platform, organized by the Text Mining and Digital Transformation Service Industry-Academia Alliance during the ICSSI 2026 International Conference on Service Science and Innovation. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Taiwan Society of Service Science for supporting this technology showcase and promotion event.

To promote the applications of text mining and Generative AI technologies, the Alliance set up an exhibition booth during the conference to introduce its core technology, the Tarflow Text Analytics Workflow Platform, to participants from both academia and industry.

Through live demonstrations and hands-on presentations, attendees gained a deeper understanding of the practical value and future potential of text analytics technologies.

Tarflow is a core technology independently developed by the Alliance. It features a drag-and-drop, no-code workflow interface, allowing users to perform text analytics tasks without requiring programming skills or technical backgrounds. The platform enables users to quickly build analytical workflows and efficiently process large volumes of textual data.

The primary audience of this promotion event included conference participants from academia, industry, and research institutions. Tarflow integrates a variety of advanced technologies, including text mining, public opinion analysis, AI Agents, and large language model (LLM)-based applications such as ChatGPT, enabling users to conduct data analysis more efficiently and effectively. Many visitors expressed strong interest in the platform’s user-friendly design and practical applications.

The exhibition was presented by Alliance team members, who introduced the platform’s architecture, key functionalities, and real-world application cases. Demonstrations illustrated how workflow-based text analytics can streamline data processing tasks and how Generative AI technologies can further enhance analytical efficiency and insight generation.

Professor San-Yi Huang, Director of the Alliance, emphasized that the purpose of the showcase was to help more people understand the practical applications and value of text mining technologies. With the rapid advancement of ChatGPT and Generative AI, textual data has become an increasingly important asset for both enterprises and research organizations. Text mining serves as a critical tool for extracting valuable insights and knowledge from such data.

Looking ahead, the Alliance will continue leveraging its core technologies, including text analytics, Generative AI, and large language models (LLMs), to support digital transformation and intelligent application development across industries. The Alliance remains committed to cultivating AI talent, promoting research outcomes, strengthening industry-academia collaboration, and facilitating technology transfer and adoption, thereby enhancing enterprise competitiveness and fostering industrial innovation.
