To promote the exchange and application of Generative AI and text mining technologies, and to strengthen industry–academia collaboration and partnerships, the Industry-Academia Alliance for Text Mining and Digital Transformation Services organized this networking event. The event brought together participants from industry, academia, and partner organizations through keynote presentations, corporate sharing sessions, and roundtable discussions to explore the latest trends in Generative AI, industry needs, and future collaboration opportunities.

The event began with opening remarks from the organizers, welcoming all participants. This was followed by a presentation on the latest trends in Generative AI, introducing recent developments in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and text mining technologies. The session also showcased practical applications of Generative AI in enterprise knowledge management, intelligent customer service, text analytics, and business process automation, helping participants better understand the future direction of AI technologies.

The next session featured industry-academia collaboration case sharing, highlighting the Alliance’s recent achievements in assisting enterprises with AI adoption and digital transformation. Successful applications in text mining, AI Agents, intelligent knowledge management, and business data analytics were presented, demonstrating how collaborative projects have helped organizations lower the barriers to AI adoption while accelerating technology implementation and innovation.

Five participating companies were then invited to introduce their businesses and share their current AI applications, digital transformation needs, and future expectations. They also discussed practical requirements related to Generative AI, data analytics, and workflow automation, exchanging ideas with the Alliance team and fellow participants and laying the groundwork for future collaborations.

During the networking break, participants engaged in informal discussions, promoting cross-disciplinary collaboration and technology matchmaking. The Alliance also introduced government AI funding programs and industry-academia collaboration resources, helping enterprises better understand available government support, reduce AI implementation costs, and accelerate their digital transformation initiatives.

The second half of the event featured roundtable discussions, where participants were grouped according to different technology topics and business needs. Through face-to-face discussions, enterprises shared their current technical challenges and application requirements, while the Alliance team and invited experts explored potential AI solutions. Topics included Generative AI, AI Agents, enterprise knowledge management, workflow automation, and intelligent decision support. The discussions were highly interactive and generated numerous ideas for future collaboration.

The event concluded with a summary of the key discussion outcomes by the organizers, encouraging enterprises to continue adopting AI technologies through industry-academia collaboration and to strengthen cooperative networks for future technology development, talent cultivation, and industrial innovation. This event not only deepened exchanges between industry and academia in the fields of Generative AI and text mining, but also fostered valuable connections among participants.

The Alliance will continue organizing technology exchange activities to promote the practical adoption of AI technologies, support enterprise digital transformation, and enhance industrial innovation and competitiveness.
