2025 HRLT Business Service Innovation Technology Forum: Event Summary

The HRLT Business Service Innovation Technology Forum was held on October 17 (Friday) at the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel (B2 Fu Hall), organized by CIO Taiwan. Centered on the theme “AI Strategies for Business Services,” the forum targeted professionals and executives from marketing, IT, and management departments across industries such as food service, retail, and logistics. The discussion focused on how AI technologies are reshaping business models and transforming data into commercial value.

Government representatives, industry experts, and academic leaders were invited to the event, which attracted around 120 participants. With AI breakthroughs driving the evolution of modern business services, this year’s forum emphasized successful real-world applications of AI technologies, highlighting cross-sector collaboration and industry–academia partnerships as key success factors.

Mammy Loves Cleaning, representing the traditional cleaning industry, demonstrated how digitalization reshaped its service model and organizational structure, fostering talent transformation and planning for AI-driven smart home and health care solutions, showcasing the innovative energy of traditional industries embracing technology.

Through in-depth exchanges between academia and industry, the forum highlighted the diverse applications and value creation of AI and data analytics in business decision-making. The participating companies’ real-world case studies provided valuable insights for SMEs pursuing intelligent transformation. Looking ahead, the Alliance and the Taiwan Service Science Society will continue to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and knowledge exchange, empowering enterprises to harness generative AI and data analytics to strengthen innovation, enhance decision-making, and move toward advanced intelligent services and sustainable growth.
